You simply login to a secure website with a login and password and you are able to charge cards, perform authorizations, and even process credits. In addition, you have complete online reporting of all your transactions and orders.

With Virtual Terminal You Can:
  • manually enter credit card transactions for mail or phone order sales.
  • refund money to a customer's credit card.
  • automatically bill customers for recurring charges.
  • check the status of transactions, and run a variety of reports.
  • capture previously authorized transaction.

Virtual Terminal is hosted at Authorize.Net servers, and you simply access the Virtual Terminal using your Web browser. After logging on to the system, the complete range of Authorize.Net services are available to you.

Note: In addition to the Virtual Terminal you'll get Simple Integration Method and Advanced Integration Method at no extra charge. These methods allow you to process real-time online transactions directly from your website.

Electronic Check Withdrawals are also supported on the Authorize.Net system through eCheck service. eCheck is an optional item available with additional fees.
