Merchant Express, LLC, dba Merchant Accounts Express, is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of the information we collect. This statement explains the policies we follow with respect to the handling of customer information collected by us.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visits, Merchant Accounts Express may choose various third party web sites to link to from its own site. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Merchant Accounts Express, Merchant Accounts Express has no control over these linked sites, each of which may (or may not) have their own privacy policies and practices in place. Merchant Accounts Express has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or practices or for the content of such web sites. These linked sites are for your convenience and you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Merchant Accounts Express seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore it requests any feedback not only on its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific links does not work.)
